The ADAM (Automated Detection, Accurate Measurement) range of automated cell counters brings cutting edge detection technologies to cell counting and viability testing. ADAM utilises sensitive fluorescence dye technology in combination with laser optics and CCD technology to provide improved accuracy, reliability and speed of measurement for cell counting and viability testing.
The ADAM utilises a unique disposable microchip that makes cell counting extremely simple, quick and cost effective. Traditional automatic cell coutners use flow cells or chambers internal to the device. During or after cell counting, traditional cell counters become clogged with cell debris or require special cleaning and calibration.
Using the ADAM, no pumping, cleaning or waste bottle are needed and exposure to hazardous material is eliminated
