Hamilton BioLevitator

The BioLevitatorTM is a benchtop incubator and bioreactor hybrid capable of handling four independent and high density adherent 2D cell cultures in suspension. It eliminates peripheral instruments, such as incubators and centrifuges, and minimizes manual handling. The BioLevitator utilizes microcarrier technology for cell cultures and is specially adapted with magnets to exploit the unique property of the Global Eukaryotic Microcarriers (GEMs). The Biolevitator in conjunction with the GEMs also facilitates excellent nutrient and gas exchange. The Biolevitator is a versatile instrument that can be used for many downstream applications such as difficult cell lines, cell based assays, cryopreservation and scalability.
