Product Qualification Packages

Overview
BioTek's Product Qualification Packages include thorough procedures to allow a user to perform Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification. Periodic maintenance procedures are also included to assist in maintaining the instruments for optimal performance.
Each Product Qualification Package contains:
1) Hardcopy manual including
- Detailed Required Material List
- Installation Qualification Procedure and Checklist
- Operational Qualification Procedure
- Performance Qualification Procedure
- Maintenance Procedures
- 5-Year Logbook for documenting all procedures/results
- All of the documentation contained in the hardcopy manual, in both *.doc and *.pdf file format
- Excel Spreadsheets for calculations require by the procedures
