In almost all kits and reagents, the number of tests/kit is calculated based on pipetting accessing all reagents (no dead volumes, etc.) and microplate use. Using cuvettes yield 4 or 5 times less tests/kit depending on product. Standard and blanks are regarded as tests. Also see Notes below
