| The leader in low-conductivity electrofusion medium, Cyto Pulse Sciences' proprietary Cytofusion™ Medium is designed to promote efficiency while preserving high cell viability during cell fusion. Cytofusion™ Medium's low conductivity properties are superior to those of PBS in greatly reducing cell turbulence from excessive ion interference during cell alignment (i.e. pearl chain formation). This proprietary blend is sterile filtered and made of only the highest quality medical-grade chemicals. Cytofusion™ Medium is used by numerous commercial biotech and pharmaceutical companies in their hybridoma generation process for monoclonal antibody production. |

Cytoporation™ Electroporation Medium |
| Introducing Cyto Pulse Sciences' brand new proprietary electroporation-specific low-conductivity medium, Cytoporation™ Medium is designed to increase transfection efficiency while maintaining high cell viability in all mammalian cell lines. Cytoporation™ Medium's low conductivity properties excel those of PBS buffer and greatly reduce the risk of sample overheating as well as potential cuvette arcing. All proprietary blends are sterile filtered and are made of only the highest quality medical-grade chemicals. Cytoporation™ Medium is compatible with the delivery of DNA, RNA, oligonucleotides, and siRNA; no animal products or RNases are included in any of the formulas.
Because different cell lines can have drastically different electroporation properties, Cyto Pulse recommends optimizing unknown cell lines with each available formula. The below graph illustrates a partial optimization process comparing Cytoporation™ Medium and PBS for HEK-293 in vitro using a Luciferase reporter plasmid.
