Cy3 / Alexa Fluor 555

This module is configured to measure the inherent fluorescence of Cy3 or Alexa Fluor 555 at 565nm.

Fluorescence is measured at 565 nm following excitation by the WHITE LED. Note: The WHITE LED excites throughout the 500-680 nm range. Proprietary signal processing methods are used to monitor the emission fluorescence.
Relative fluorescent output at 565 ± 20 nm (user settable cursor).
Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.
