Protein QuantIT

This module is used to measure the fluorescence of the Quant-iT™ dye used to quantitate minute amounts of protein in solution.
Fluorescence is measured at 590-610 nm following excitation by the Blue LED. Relative fluorescent output at selected wavelength ± 20 nm (user settable cursor). Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.
