Cyto Pulse Sciences cuvettes are where superior quality meets the requirements of tight laboratory budgets. With a maximum allowable electric field of 25 kV/cm, these individually wrapped and sterilized cuvettes are immediately ready to process any given cell line, whether it be mammalian, yeast, bacteria, plant, insect, or so on. In addition, three different gap widths of 1 mm, 2 mm, and 4 mm are available to accommodate the various needs of research for cell capacity and desired electric field. Cyto Pulse cuvettes are intended for single use only.
• Compatible with all industry-standard electroporation systems • Polished aluminum plates guarantee uniform pulse delivery • Individually sealed and gamma irradiated for absolute sterility • 2% electrode gap tolerance ensures high transfection consistency • Easy to handle rounded caps, color-coded for quick identification • Precision molded polycarbonate prevents undesirable leaking • Clear case design for sample visibility

Cuvette Holder
Cyto Pulse's heavy-duty electroporation cuvette holder will operate with all major cuvette manufacturers, although Cyto Pulse cuvettes are recommended for best results. The insertion mechanism is notched to prevent incorrect cuvette positioning and only upon full insertion will high voltage become enabled to pulse. A large plastic barrier surrounds the cuvette field to completely block any contact with the electrodes.

Electrofusion
Cyto Pulse coaxial electrodes are exclusively used by the Cyto Pulse PA-101 electrofusion system. Specifically designed to provide ideal conditions for cell alignment and continuity throughout the chamber, these electrodes ensure vastly improved efficiency over other fusion methods.
The holder features a slide-in design that detects if the electrode has been properly inserted.
