Easy maintenance: Dedicated rinse cycle Nozzle cleaning needles provided User replaceable manifold	Simply transfer pump into a beaker of distilled water after final use of the day and press rinse button. The machine automatically flushes through all tubing and manifold. This prevents blockage due to buffer crystallization. If machine is left for a long period without having been rinsed then the manifold can be easily lifted off and blockage cleared using provided needles. Manifold is connected to the machine by 2 screw connected tubes and simply sits on arm. This allows easy changing of the manifold between 8 and 12 way (or replacement if ever required)
