Multiplex Western Analysis
Examine Multiple Proteins Simultaneously

The FluorChem Q allows quantitative detection of multiple proteins in a single assay, eliminating the need to strip and re-probe blots. Intensity values are easily normalized to a loading control to correct for inaccuracies.
 

Detect Co-Migrating Proteins

Overlapping proteins such as phosphorylated and unphosphorylated isoforms or other proteins with similar migration can be probed in the same blot. Our unique Channel Viewer feature allows visualization of individual bands in overlapping areas.
